Born and educated in Manila, he moved to Singapore to further his architecture experience. He enjoys travelling with the office and rediscovering the works of the ‘Modern Masters’. This guy may be the one cracking jokes with his colleagues every now and then, but the ‘funny one’ takes his work seriously.

Hailing from South (not North) Korea, Dongsuk speaks English with a unique Korean/American/Singaporean accent as a result of his extensive background studying and teaching in Korea and the United States. He has now been with RT+Q for more than seven years. As a member of the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari, he has visited those places more than fifty times with his children.

Born in Malaysia and educated in the U.S, Rene trained first as a pianist, then an architect. A believer in work-life balance, his current resolution is to learn Chopin’s first etude, to never generate ‘work’ for himself and his colleagues, and to spend more time with his family. He is inspired by his daughter Lara’s reminder that “the real beauty of architecture is not about the looks, but about the heart and character of the building” and that “every architect must put in hard work and grit”.

Born and bred in Penang, Malaysia, Shen Ru finds painting therapeutic and immerses herself in it by painting ‘in the moment’, referring to the process as ‘experiential artwork’. She draws inspiration from day-to-day life, may it be from work, travelling, playing the piano, or social settings.
